These terms describe the general conditions for inquiries, sampling and orders placed with Shenzhen Sunhe Energy Co., Ltd. (“Sunhe”) through this website or by other channels. Specific orders are governed by the signed sales contract or order confirmation, which prevails over these general terms in case of conflict.
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Battery specifications, capacities and cycle life quoted are based on standard testing conditions; custom requirements are confirmed by mutually signed specifications before sampling.
Sample charges and freight are subject to quotation. Samples are provided for evaluation and testing only; the customer is responsible for verifying compatibility, safety and compliance in the intended application before mass production.
An order is effective upon Sunhe’s written order confirmation. Payment terms are stated in the order confirmation (typically T/T). Prices are exclusive of taxes, duties and shipping costs unless expressly agreed.
Lithium batteries are dangerous goods; shipments are arranged in compliance with IATA DGR / IMDG / UN38.3 transport requirements. Delivery terms follow Incoterms 2020 as stated in the order confirmation.
Sunhe warrants products against defects in materials and workmanship under proper storage, handling and usage conditions for the period stated in the order confirmation. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper charging, disassembly or unauthorized modification.
All technical documents, drawings and samples provided by Sunhe remain Sunhe’s intellectual property and must not be disclosed to third parties. Custom designs developed for a customer are used exclusively for that customer’s orders.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunhe’s liability under any order is limited to the invoice value of the products concerned. Sunhe is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
