High-rate flight needs cells that can push current without sagging in voltage or overheating. The choice of chemistry, the way cells are arranged and the resistance of the interconnects all affect how much power reaches the motor. We optimize the pack layout so that current paths stay short and heat spreads evenly rather than pooling in one spot.

Reliable Interconnects and Protection

A drone pack is shaken, tilted and often recharged quickly between flights, so spot-weld quality and protection-board behavior matter. We control welding parameters and validate vibration and cycle behavior on samples before locking production. A well-matched BMS keeps each cell balanced and protects against over-discharge when the aircraft returns to land.

Custom to the Airframe

Every airframe has its own shape, center-of-gravity and connector preference. Rather than forcing a standard block into the design, we tailor the pack footprint, fixation and leads to fit the vehicle. The goal is more flight time per gram and a pack that feels like it was built for that aircraft.
