A sample that works in the lab is only the beginning; at SUNHE ENERGY we treat the step from sample to mass production as a disciplined engineering process.
Why Samples Alone Are Not Enough
A small number of hand-built samples can hide variation that only shows up at volume. Material lot differences, tooling wear and process sensitivity can all change behavior between a prototype and a thousand-unit run. We plan for this gap deliberately rather than discovering it after launch.
Engineering Validation and Trial Production
Before full mass production, the design goes through engineering validation covering electrical performance, safety, environmental conditions and mechanical fit. A trial production run on actual tooling then measures consistency: capacity distribution, internal resistance, thickness and weld quality across a batch, with any drift corrected in the process.
Transferring to Stable Mass Production
Once the trial meets acceptance criteria, the product is released to automated lines with fixed process parameters, in-line inspection points and outgoing sampling. The transfer package includes build records and control limits, so every later batch reproduces the validated design rather than drifting away from it.
