Not every project starts at full volume. Some customers need a small pilot to prove a product, while others are ramping a steady program. We manage minimum order quantities and lead times to fit where each project actually is.
Matching Orders to the Project Stage
Early-stage products rarely need the same quantity as a mature line. We structure orders so that a pilot run, a validation batch and a steady production call-up each have a reasonable path, instead of forcing every customer into a one-size-fits-all minimum. The goal is to support growth without choking off new ideas.
Lead Time as a Planned Variable
Lead time depends on cell availability, packaging complexity and certification status, so we quote it honestly per project rather than with a single blanket number. Simple packs move faster; custom geometry, special protection or new qualifications need more runway. Planning that runway with the customer avoids surprises when the product launch approaches.
Flexible, Without Losing Control
Flexibility does not mean loose process. Even small runs follow the same controlled materials, welding and testing steps as larger ones. This way, a pilot pack carries the same reliability expectations as volume, and the transition from sample to steady supply stays smooth and predictable for planning teams.
