From Inquiry to Sample

The first step is a clear conversation about voltage, capacity, dimensions, protection needs and certification expectations. Once those are locked, engineering defines the cell, pack layout and protection circuit, then builds a sample matched to the intended production process rather than a one-off that cannot be repeated.

Testing the Sample the Way It Will Be Used

A sample is useful only if it behaves like the future production pack. We run basic performance and safety checks and encourage customers to install it in their device and stress it the way the product will actually be used. That feedback loop is where the design is refined before tooling and volume are committed.

Fast, But Not Reckless

Speed matters, but a rushed sample that hides a design flaw helps no one. We balance quick turnaround with the discipline of recording materials, parameters and test results, so that the sample the customer approves is the same design that later goes into production. The result is a shorter, more reliable path from idea to delivery.
