Safety is proven layer by layer: cells, protection circuits and finished packs are each subjected to a defined set of tests before shipment.
Why Layered Testing Matters
A defect that passes at cell level may still surface when cells are assembled into a pack with a protection board and enclosure. Testing only the finished product is not enough, because isolating the root cause becomes harder once everything is connected. We therefore test at multiple stages so issues are traced back to the right level quickly.
Cell-Level and Pack-Level Tests
Cells undergo charge-discharge screening and internal-resistance checks. Representative samples go through abuse-oriented evaluations such as overcharge, short-circuit, nail penetration, crush and thermal shock, following established battery safety practices. Finished packs are tested for protection-board function, insulation and drop handling before final release.

How Results Feed Back Into Design
Test data is reviewed by engineering and quality teams, and lessons are fed back into cell selection, protection-board configuration and pack structure. This continuous loop means each new custom pack benefits from what we have learned across previous projects, strengthening both safety and consistency over time.
