Two-Base Production: Capacity Assurance Across Two Bases

To protect delivery stability for global customers, SUNHE ENERGY operates coordinated production across bases in Shenzhen and Hubei.

Two Bases, One Quality Standard

Although the two sites are geographically separate, they follow the same quality management system, the same work instructions and the same incoming-material acceptance criteria. Cells, separators, electrolytes and protection components are qualified under a common supplier list, and production line settings are standardized so that a pack approved at one base reproduces reliably at the other. This consistency is essential for customers who place repeat orders across months and years.

How the Bases Coordinate

Capacity planning is managed centrally. Engineering teams balance new product introduction, sample builds and volume production between the two lines, transferring process documentation, fixture designs and test reports with every project. When one site is at capacity, production can be shifted to the other without re-qualifying the product from scratch, which protects both schedule and quality.

Benefits for Customers

The two-base model shortens response for urgent reorders, lowers the risk of single-site disruption, and supports both small custom runs and larger volume orders. It also lets us serve customers in southern China and inland markets with more flexible logistics. We continue to invest in automation and shared process know-how so that both bases deliver the same dependable output.
