Custom cells often involve small batches, special shapes and tight tolerances. Manual assembly introduces variation, so we rely on automated winding, stacking, sealing and welding stations to repeat the same operation cycle after cycle. In-Line Inspection and Process Control

Key parameters are measured during production rather than only at the end: dimensions, weld quality, formation curves and internal resistance are checked at each stage. Out-of-tolerance units are flagged immediately, and equipment is recalibrated on schedule, which prevents quality drift across long runs.

Data Traceability for Every Batch
