Our materials team explores high-capacity anode systems, high-voltage cathode formulations and stable electrolyte designs, focusing on how to raise energy density while keeping cycling and thermal behavior predictable. Every new formulation is screened through a controlled stack-up before it ever reaches a customer sample.

Structure: Shaping Cells Around Your Product

Because most of our projects are custom, the structure team designs cell geometry, tab placement, pouch sealing and pack housings to fit the customer's device. Thin, curved or irregular shapes are common here, and we balance thickness, internal space and mechanical robustness in the same loop.

Process: From Lab Recipe to Stable Production

A recipe that works on a bench is only valuable if it can be repeated on an automated line. Our process engineers work in parallel with material and structure teams, adjusting coating, winding, formation and sealing steps so that design intent survives transfer to mass production. This shared engineering loop shortens development cycles and reduces the number of prototype turns a customer must complete before receiving production-ready cells.
